Out with the Raps, in with the Gals
tags: XanGo Soccer
Last Saturday, a couple of our XanGo staff members headed east—but not too far east—to Colorado to join XanGo Distributors Jody & Sean Balaun, Karen Huss and Linda McCarthy for a wonderful opportunity meeting, followed by an evening in support of XanGo’s Team, Real Salt Lake, as they took on their Rocky Mountain Rivals, the Colorado Rapids.
A number of the XanGo faithful braved the elements and combined with traveling fans from Salt Lake City at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park for an enjoyable match (despite the loss).
The group had a grand time surrounded by the lively RSL supporters’ group, and they were even presented with the surprise opportunity to hoist the Rocky Mountain Cup, which RSL currently holds by virtue of last year’s dominance over Colorado—the same cup that will be on the line during the Convention Game in October.
With a home game happening tonight against the Los Angeles Galaxy, the result in Denver will soon be forgotten, but the fond memories of an excellently executed meeting-and-match will remain awhile.

THREE—THREE—ZERO
PREDICTOR MACHINE: Tonight
Rules.
Every road game is a 2-0 loss.
Every home game is a majestic win that brings our scoring percentage within 1 or 2% of the opposition…
Calculations.
With Landon Donovan coming to town, I’m guessing we will allow a goal. With 4-, 2- and 6-goal efforts coming from our previous home matches, I’ll wager a 3-goal game for Wednesday. We’ll go 3 for 18 and LA will go 1 for 11.
Result.
Real Salt Lake wins 3-1.
(We’ll find out tonight)
